Linda Adsetts and The Group are here with their weekly Go for the Joy message. Enjoy!
We cannot make ourselves believe by a decision. We can only find our way into our knowing through being aware of what surrounds us physically and energetically.
The easiest way to do that is to ignore the things or rather to observe but not pay any due attention to the “stuff” that will distract us from what we know is true.
So say that you have for the most part, believed in a safe world. Then one day someone or someones, through the news or your neighbors or even your family, manages to edge their way into your world with their belief of an unsafe world.
Suddenly you might find yourself paying attention to them. Suddenly everything seems to point to an unsafe world.
Now-you have a choice. You can believe in a safe world and know that you will always be in a safe world because you know when to get out of “dodge” when the urge strikes.
When I was much younger, I did not believe in an unsafe world. I would walk home from my work in a restaurant at 2 a.m. and feel safe walking home. I never had anything happen.
However, a co-worker who was more timid and more afraid than I, had a very different experience. No, she didn’t get mugged but she was followed home.
Despite her experience, I still felt safe. I continued to walk home safely without incident
Now let me clarify that when I feel unease, I pay attention. It is not my regular pattern. But, when I feel unease I now ask questions.
“Is this mine?”
“Do I need to pay attention?”
“Is there something I need to do?”
Then I pay attention. Most of the time it isn’t mine. I am simply picking up on someone else’s’ unease. When I trust my knowing then it works out. When I don’t pay attention to the cues, it can turn out not so well.
Society fills children up with all sorts of cautions about the perils of life. What would happen if we taught our children to pay attention to their awareness?
What would happen if we empowered them to know what they know?
Frequently they know far more than we do!
Yes dear, ones the world can be all sorts of things. It can be magical, it can be safe and loving and it can be the total opposite of that for some people.
Your children, without your interference, could remind you of a thing or two.
We would have you tell them that they have a deep knowing that will always keep them safe and when their spidey senses, unicorn powers, superman powers-whatever they or you want to call it kick in, then let them know it is just fine to pay attention.
Help them to discern what doesn’t belong to them. They are empaths that feel a whole world around them to varying degrees. Some stop functioning in a “normal” way because of all the stimuli. Some act out and some simply shut their joyous being down.
Does it sound familiar?
It might be because that is your story too.
What if the children on your planet could have a different story?
What if their story included allowance., a story of knowing and believing in what they know and one in which they are paid attention to?
There are so very many aspects to using this knowing business!
We hope that you believe in your own knowing more than when you started reading these words. We hope that you believe that you are your own best expert on your life.
And by the way, so are your children-they are also their own best experts. They don’t need teaching-they just need reminding and they need an honoring of their beautiful selves.
You have it in you to give that to yourself and to them. Many of you already are there and many more are more than halfway there. It is a joyous thing to observe.
You dear ones, are doing just fine and the more that you practice believing in your own magnificence the more that your world will benefit.
