Practice makes perfect or so they say but it doesn’t always make it perfect. Sometimes it makes it better and sometimes it just causes enough unease that you figure out that this isn’t for you.
Now when the urge to practice comes from your being vs. an outside source then it is a good thing. You are just doing what you want to do. Joy is the more prevalent theme.
Will you be frustrated sometimes? Yes you will, until you find your way into that sweet spot of being so totally engaged that it isn’t practice anymore. It just is.
So many of you, as children, have been forced into something that doesn’t align with your being and you have carried that forward into your adult life. You have forgotten that you have choices. You don’t have to do anything unless you want to.
You can set those parental type voices aside and choose for you. What do you want?
What do you want to do-to practice, because something in you wants to try it and see if it is for you and the only reason you are doing it is because you chose it.
Just for you and just for fun.
We suggest you practice finding joy in your life and by that we mean that you look for it and savor every morsel of it when you find it.
Now there is an easier practice and one that will deliver to you more than you could ever imagine!
