Linda Adsetts is here with her weekly Go for the Joy message from The Group. Enjoy!
This week’s topic is serenity. I decided to haul out our dictionary to look up the meaning, which is is the quality of being serene. Of course. And what does serene mean? I think I know but I want to be clear about this before I weigh in with The Group! Serene means these things; shining bright and steady, free and clear of storms and change and utter calm. I would have gone with peaceful, but I like these meanings. Shining bright and steady is my favourite. If I can manage to shine my light brightly and steadily, then I can be the change I want to see in the world. If I can remain free and clear of stormy thoughts, then I can be the change I want to see in the world. These things can be, not so easy to do, in today’s world. But if I can manage to step into them, as often as I can then, I can be the change I want to see in the world. I take a deep breath and realize that maybe it isn’t so hard after all. My breath has brought me back into serenity. I know that The Group is a huge fan of breath.
“Breath is your life blood. Did you know that as you breathe, you are ingesting everything that is and has ever been on planet earth. Think about this dear ones. You are breathing the dinosaurs breath and Jesus’ breath. Yes he did live. You are breathing the very molecules that Einstein breathed and inhaling the air from the great rain forests in the Amazon. You are breathing the all that was and is. Do you think perhaps there might just be an intelligence in this air? We tell you there is. This is one of the ways that your planet is evolving. The air holds an intelligence that is conveyed to you and lives within you. Some of it is absorbed and integrated because it has value to you and the rest is released and carries with it the very DNA that is you, outward onto your planet, where it is breathed by another and so on and so on. You truly are one. None of you is alone. How much more peaceful can it get than that?
So let us, together, explore this concept of being one. You breath each other’s air and so are not separate. What about the food and liquids you drink? It gets interesting doesn’t it? Your body is an intelligent collection of energy. It knows what to ingest, whether it be food or liquid or the pieces of air that are breathed in. It can use whatever piece of knowledge that is contained within, if it needs to. Whether it is physically, emotionally or mentally, it doesn’t matter, you know what you need. And if you know what you need, then can you rest easy with that and allow yourself to be free and clear of stormy thoughts. Can you trust that the universal intelligence that you are part of, will always bring to you that which you need for the life that you are creating? Can you trust enough to let go of all the misconceptions that abound in your world about the very food you eat, how you learn, how your body heals and other varied bits of information that you are subjected to and trust your body to know?
There is good information out there for you and you are the only one who need decide whether it is good for you. Not for John and Mary your neighbors, well meaning as they are, but for you. So how do you decide what is good for you? You sit quietly with your breath and allow your thoughts to float away, holding the intention that you will discover the piece of information that you need. It may come to you in an instant or it may show up hours or days later. But show up it will-the very piece of knowledge that you need will come to you. Promise.
You are never alone. You are not meant to do this alone. You have the support of angelic beings from our side and on planet earth. You are all angels, each and every one of you. You are magnificent beings of light and love. You are meant to thrive.”
